Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, maintain, and repair Point of Sale systems across the United States and Canada. You will travel extensively, lead training sessions, and ensure smooth go-live experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Willingness to travel up to full weeks with overnight stays.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the US and Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Train customers during go-live and troubleshooting sessions.
• Lead customer engagement and coordinate with scheduling for travel itineraries.
• Safely transport and track company equipment and maintain documentation.
