Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician ready to roam across the United States and Canada. You will install, troubleshoot, and train staff on POS systems at diverse locations while managing travel logistics and maintaining equipment.

This role requires frequent travel and weekend availability, with a strong focus on customer service and safety. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and a proven ability to work independently on the road.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems at customer sites across travel region.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and on-site support.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and dispatch, adapt to changes.
