Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Technology Specialist to install, troubleshoot, and train customers on POS systems across the United States and Canada. The role requires extensive travel, continuous deployments, and occasional remote workdays between deployments.

You will lead customer engagements during go-lives and troubleshooting, manage travel itineraries with dispatch, and ensure proper handling of equipment and documentation while maintaining safety standards on the road.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Willing to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets requirements.
• Valid government-issued ID for TSA travel (REAL ID or equivalent).
• Valid passport for international travel.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the United States or Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Lead training during go-lives and troubleshooting services.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling/dispatch and adapt to delays.
• Transport and safeguard company equipment and inventory while on the road.
• Submit accurate expense reports and receipts per guidelines.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used with documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
