F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician who will go on the road to install, troubleshoot, and train staff on Point of Sale systems across the US and Canada.

This role requires heavy travel (up to 100%), overnight stays, and occasional weekend work; you must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport and be ready to work extended hours. You will coordinate with scheduling, support teams, and customers while upholding safety and documentation

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Ability to work four weekend days per month and during irregular hours.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting requirements.
• REAL ID or equivalent TSA-compliant ID for travel.
• Passport for international travel.
• Reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Able to multitask across changing locations and time zones.
• Continued education as required by partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Travel Monday through Friday to US/Canada customer sites to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems in person.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems remotely as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Lead high‑level customer engagement during training, go‑live, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and dispatch, and adapt to delays.
• Transport and safeguard company equipment and inventory while traveling.
• Submit accurate expense reports per travel guidelines.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used with documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Adhere to safety standards; perform duties across varied environments.
