Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train on POS systems across the United States and Canada. You will travel frequently, staying away from home for extended periods, and work with restaurants, hotels, and venues to keep checkout operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include on-site deployments, remote support as needed, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with overnight stays.
• Ability to work four weekend days per month and odd hours as scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Passport with ability to travel internationally (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Travel Monday through Friday to customer sites across the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Provide remote site support as assigned and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting services.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling/dispatch and adapt to delays and reassignments.
• Maintain records of work performed and equipment used; submit expense reports.
