Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an experienced supervisor for heavy industrial construction projects. You will oversee foremen and crews, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety and quality while managing subcontractors.

The role involves extensive travel across US project sites and maintaining production efficiency. Candidates should have at least five years in supervisory roles, knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs, and cost forecasting ability.

Qualifications

• 5 years in supervisory role in heavy industrial construction.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations.
• Ability to forecast and monitor project costs; read blueprints; interpret safety rules and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a minimum of one to two foremen and crews up to 30+ employees.
• Coordinate site activities to meet deadlines and production goals; manage subcontractors.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; maintain equipment usage and quality standards.
• Review costs, schedules, and documents; communicate with project managers and clients.
