Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is hiring for a supervisory role overseeing craft workers across multiple projects within our Clean Energy & Infrastructure group. You will read blueprints, plan daily activities, supervise crews, and coordinate material deliveries on diverse sites.

The position requires travel to different jobsites on short notice, leadership, and strong safety practices. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Read blueprints skillfully
• Capable of supervising a project of six or more craft workers
• Ability to motivate workers, lead by example and communicate effectively
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office and E-mail Communication preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers
• Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials
• Complete ESRs for all employees with a change in job status
• May travel to different jobsites on short notice
• Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of projects
• Train and mentor new workers
