Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an experienced foreman for heavy industrial construction projects across the U.S. This traveling role requires leading foremen and field crews, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating subcontractors to hit deadlines and budget targets.

Based on-site with projects lasting 8–18 months, you will review blueprints, plan materials, and mentor team members while upholding MIC Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and site regulations.
• Ability to lead safety toolbox talks and coordinate multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead foremen and field crews to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate safety policies and toolbox meetings.
• Manage subcontractors and client coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quantities.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
• Monitor costs and forecast project budgets.
