Job summary

MasTec Industrial, part of MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, seeks a Pipe Superintendent I for traveling project work across the US. Based in Boise, you will supervise foremen and crews on heavy industrial construction, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of blueprints, safety programs, cost forecasting, and leadership. Travel up to 90% with per diem, a competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years' supervisory experience in heavy industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise foremen and crews to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and quantities; manage deliveries and records.
• Plan ahead to order materials and equipment to maintain crew productivity.
• Mentor and develop team members and address performance issues.
