Job summary

ScriptPro Training Specialist leads in-person and virtual training for pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems. You’ll provide go-live support, assess workflows to boost efficiency, and serve as a key liaison between ScriptPro and customers.

Strong communication and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment are essential, with extensive travel required. Reporting to the Manager, Field Training, this full-time role may involve domestic and international travel and weekend schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, incl. flights and long drives.
• Experience with virtual training platforms like Teams or Skype.

Responsibilities

• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations to train staff on ScriptPro systems.
• Provide go-live support to pharmacy staff during initial implementation.
• Observe workflows and suggest improvements to maximize system use.
• Communicate effectively as a liaison between ScriptPro and customers.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions on ScriptPro products.
• Build relationships across ScriptPro departments.
• Become a system and efficiency expert for pharmacy operations.
• Represent ScriptPro professionally in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
