Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to deploy and set up pharmaceutical automation systems across the United States and internationally. You will install, configure, and test ScriptPro hardware and software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires extensive travel (approximately 85%), strong mechanical/electrical skills, and excellent customer service as you support pharmacy operations globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mechanical/tech field with truck driving and trailer pulling.
• Proficiency with electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office & basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations and setups of ScriptPro equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on hardware and software during installations.
• Drive and transport equipment, comply with DOT and international travel.
• Use ScriptPro knowledge base and SOPs for installation documentation.
