Job summary

ScriptPro's Training Specialist leads in-person and virtual training sessions for pharmacy staff on ScriptPro systems, providing go-live support and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency. The role requires extensive travel to domestic and international locations.

Reporting to the Manager of Field Training, you will train staff, communicate clearly, and become a system expert while representing ScriptPro professionally. This full-time position includes weekends and travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communication, business, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, including multi-hour flights, long-distance driving, and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage learners.
• Experience with virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish rapport with learners while representing the company professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Ability to learn and solve practical problems during travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations to train staff to use ScriptPro systems.
• Provide go-live support to pharmacy staff during initial system implementation.
• Observe workflow and suggest improvements to maximize system use and productivity.
• Communicate information effectively as liaison between ScriptPro and customers.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions on ScriptPro products.
• Build relationships across ScriptPro departments.
• Become a system and efficiency expert for ScriptPro products.
• Represent ScriptPro and the Field Training team professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
