Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems repair and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies.
• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Diagnosis of customer workflow issues and optimize system performance.
