Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and service robotics and automation systems at pharmacy sites across the United States. This road-warrior role prioritizes customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on equipment repair, with 80% travel required.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize ScriptPro solutions, provide training to pharmacy staff, and collaborate with a supervisor to ensure uptime and performance. A 9-on/5-off schedule with paid overtime is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience repairing computer systems and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• General IT knowledge: Windows NT/XP/7/8/10.
• Must be able to lift 70+ lbs daily, including travel.
• Must be available to work as needed and assigned.
• Maturity and integrity are essential.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone.
• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Diagnose customer workflow issues and optimize ScriptPro system performance.
• Travel 80% or more as an essential function of this job (long-distance driving and air travel).
• Physically lift and manipulate equipment; climb ladders and install monitors/servers as required.
• Be responsive 24/7 during scheduled shift and perform other duties as assigned.
