Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a District Pharmacist Leader to oversee up to 25 retail pharmacy locations in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Poconos, and Hazelton, PA area. The role requires strategic, operational, and people-focused leadership across the district.

You will build and retain a high-performing team of Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Floating Pharmacists, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy with five (5) years' experience in retail pharmacy and at least two (2) years as a pharmacy manager.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in the primary state of district operation with plans to licensure in all states within 180 days of hire.
