Thrifty White Pharmacy in the region seeks a Float Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmacy dispensing, consultation, and clinical services. Based from a hub, you will travel to support pharmacies generally located within one to two hours of the hub to ensure reliable coverage.
You will lead with a focus on patient care, MTM services, and compliance while collaborating with store management and regional teams to meet service and financial goals.
Competenze
- Pharmacy degree and active license in good standing.
- Willing to obtain MN/ND licensure; dual licensure preferred.
- Immunization certification and pharmacy practice knowledge.
Mansioni
- Provide pharmacy dispensing and patient consultation at hub and assigned locations.
- Maintain centrally managed market schedule; adapt to shifts, locations and business needs.
- Communicate with scheduler, store leadership, and market teams regarding coverage and operational needs.
- Deliver MTM services and clinical care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies in all operations.
- Lead by example in patient service and teamwork to meet financial goals.
