Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist for the Northeast Minnesota region, based near Grand Rapids and supporting stores within a two-hour radius. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, MTM, and flexible hours with on-site training and travel between hubs.

You will cover hub and affiliate pharmacies, maintain compliance, and collaborate with care teams to optimize therapies while delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D.
• Current pharmacy license in good standing; immunization certification.
• Experience as a pharmacist preferred; ability to manage multiple stores.
• Knowledge of formulary, drug interactions, and MTM services.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacist coverage at hub and assigned pharmacies within market.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliant dispensing and patient counseling.
• Deliver MTM services and immunizations where allowed.
• Collaborate with prescribers and care teams for patient goals.
• Maintain accurate records and manage workflow across locations.
