Thrifty White Pharmacy in Minnesota seeks a Float Staff Pharmacist to provide dispensing, patient consultation and clinical services across a hub-and-travel model within a one-to-two hour radius of the hub. This role ensures reliable pharmacist coverage and adherence to company standards for patient care and service.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D. and licensed in good standing.
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Experience as a pharmacist is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; self-directed with good time management.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacy coverage at the hub and other pharmacies within 1–2 hours of the hub.
• Lead a centrally managed market schedule and adapt to coverage needs.
• Report to locations on time and support the pharmacy team and patient needs.
• Provide a pharmacy atmosphere and excellent customer service to develop loyalty.
• Collaborate with prescribers and care teams to achieve patient goals.
• Deliver MTM services and ensure cost-effective interventions.
