Thrifty White Pharmacy in Minnesota seeks a Float Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmacy dispensing, consultation, and clinical services. Based at a hub, you travel to support pharmacies within one to two hours, ensuring reliable coverage and consistent patient care.

You will lead a team, manage workflow, and collaborate with prescribers to optimize outcomes, while delivering MTM and immunizations where allowed.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D. (Pharmacy degree required).
• Maintains a license in good standing; MN/IA licensure preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; strong interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provides pharmacist coverage at the hub and other assigned pharmacies within 1–2 hours.
• Works with a centrally managed market schedule; supports planned coverage and vacancies.
• Dispenses prescriptions accurately and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Delivers MTM services (CMR, TMR, Disease State Management) and patient counseling.
• Leads workflow, partners with store management, and supports clinical services.
