Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist to cover hub and nearby pharmacies in Northwest MN, including Thief River Falls. You will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and provide clinical services while adapting to each location’s workflow.
The role requires a Minnesota license (ND preferred), immunization certification, and pharmacy experience. Travel within a 1–2 hour radius is required to ensure reliable staffing and quality patient care.
Competenze
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in MN (ND licensure preferred).
- Immunization certification required; experience preferred.
Mansioni
- Provide pharmacist coverage at the hub and other pharmacies within 1–2 hours of the hub.
- Support scheduling and coverage planning to meet market needs.
- Deliver patient-centered care with counseling and MTM services.
- Lead and uphold company standards in safety, compliance, and patient care.
