Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist to cover Southwest North Dakota, including the Bismarck area, with travel within a 1-2 hour radius of the hub. You will provide dispensing, patient counseling, and clinical services while supporting multiple locations under centralized scheduling.

Responsibilities include delivering MTM, immunizations where allowed, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, while leading pharmacy teams and ensuring excellent patient

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D.
• Maintain license in good standing; willing to obtain additional state licensure.
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Experience as a pharmacist preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacist coverage at hub and assigned pharmacies within one to two hours of the hub.
• Maintain timely, accurate dispensing and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with prescribers and care teams to optimize therapy.
• Lead workflow and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver MTM and clinical services as per standards.
