Thrifty White Pharmacy seeks a Float Staff Pharmacist to provide dispensing, consultation, and clinical services. Based from a hub, you will travel to partner pharmacies within one to two hours to ensure reliable pharmacist coverage and maintain standard patient care across locations. You will adapt to varying workflows, lead by example, and collaborate with store leadership and central schedulers to optimize coverage and performance.

A Pharm.D. or B.S.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D.
• Current license in good standing to practice pharmacy.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacist coverage at hub and nearby pharmacies within 1–2 hours.
• Lead team to meet financial and service goals including payroll, sales and clinical targets.
• Deliver MTM services and conduct patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and company regulations.
