Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist to support hub locations across North Central Iowa within a 1–2 hour radius. This full-time role focuses on dispensing, patient counseling, and clinical services, with travel between stores as needed.

You will collaborate with store leadership and clinical teams to maintain service standards, provide MTM, and ensure quality patient care across multiple locations.

Competenze

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills.
• Experience with MTM and disease state management preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacist coverage at hub and nearby pharmacies within 1–2 hours.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to cover shifts, vacations, and training.
• Deliver patient-centered care with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead clinical services and MTM to optimize patient outcomes.
