Job summary

Route 32 Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Waco is looking for a motivated Treatment Coordinator Assistant (TCA). This role involves supporting the Treatment Coordinator and ensuring each patient has an outstanding experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children, teens, and adults. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Positive, dependable team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Support the Treatment Coordinator throughout the consultation process.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient paperwork, obtain necessary signatures, and maintain accurate patient records.
