Job summary

West Coast Dental Services seeks an Ortho Coordinator to join our regional orthodontic team. You will handle front desk duties, patient check-in/out, chart maintenance, payments, insurance eligibility, and appointment scheduling across multiple locations within the region.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, bilingual English/Spanish, proficiency with PC/Outlook and dental software (EagleSoft, Dentrix, QSI or similar), and strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Ortho experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC and Outlook.
• Familiar with dental software (EagleSoft/Dentrix/QSI or similar).
• Bilingual English & Spanish required (English-only may be considered).
• Knowledge of fee schedules and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; handle front desk duties.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office; assist with paperwork.
• Prepare and update patient charts; collect and post payments.
