Job summary

West Coast Dental Services is seeking an Ortho Coordinator to handle front desk duties, patient check-ins, and scheduling across multiple offices in the region. You will manage charts, insurance verification, payments, and patient communications with a focus on efficiency and patient care.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, experience with EagleSoft or similar dental software, and the ability to travel between offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Ortho experience in dental industry preferred.
• Proficient with PC and Outlook.
• Experience with EagleSoft, Dentrix, QSI or similar dental software.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish required (if geographic location allows).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office and restrooms.
• Assist patients with required paperwork and financial responsibilities.
• Prepare and update patient charts and information.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
• Collect and post payments in the system and print receipts.
• Travel to multiple locations within the region as needed.
