Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dental software (EagleSoft/Dentrix preferred).
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Assist patients with maximizing dental benefits.
• Assist patients with financing, insurance questions, and treatment concerns.
• Calculate fees for treatment based on fee schedules.
• Educate patients about treatment, benefits, and responsibilities.
• Schedule and manage patient treatment appointments; reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules to meet production goals.
• Communicate with clinical team to manage daily patient flow.
• Handle treatment paperwork including consent and policy forms.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and laws.
• Collect patient payments and record in West Coast Dental System.
