Qualifications

• Prior orthodontic experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC and Outlook.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (location dependent).
• Experience with dental software systems (EagleSoft, Dentrix, QSI).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and collect payments.
• Maintain front office and prepare patient charts.
• Verify insurance eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Travel to multiple locations within the region as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety compliance.
