Job summary

Dr Lane & Associates in North Carolina is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to welcome and guide orthodontic patients through consultations, treatment options, and scheduling across two offices. This part-time role requires travel to the Durham/Miami location on Mondays and Wednesdays and the Cary St.

Charles office on Thursdays. You will be the first friendly contact for new patients, coordinating care, explaining financial options, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations including: Treatment and financial overview
• Scheduling bonding and recall appointments
• Sending patient and doctor correspondence
• Prepare and present bonding contracts: Set up contracts prior to bonding appointments
• Review financial agreements and collect payments
• Post payments, submit insurance claims, and set up auto-drafts
• Maintain and manage patient reports and appointment confirmations
• Schedule ongoing maintenance and follow-up appointments
• Monitor and respond to office emails
• Support other administrative and clinical tasks as needed
