Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join the Cary Tryon Oral Surgery + Orthodontics team. You will be the main contact for patients, manage scheduling, and guide patients through treatment plans and financing options.

The role requires dental office experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills to support a smooth patient journey and exceptional care.

Formación

• Previous experience in a dental office or as a Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist or similar role.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Patient-first mindset with commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for patients with a warm, welcoming experience.
• Manage multi-line phone system and scheduling tasks.
• Coordinate patient appointments to maintain provider schedules.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism.
• Present and review treatment plans and patient financial options.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with benefits.
• Collect payments and follow established policies.
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic records and secure privacy.
