Job summary

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry/NCOSO in Durham, NC is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Oral Surgery + Orthodontics office. You will be the primary patient contact, manage scheduling, and review treatment plans with patients while explaining financial options.

Ideal candidates have prior dental office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with doctors and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office preferred.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with doctors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, welcoming experience.
• Manage multi-line phone system, scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments.
• Coordinate patient appointments to maintain productive provider schedules.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Present and review treatment plans, explaining care and financial options.
