Job summary

EMCOR Group in Houston, TX is seeking HVAC Technicians to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial systems across multiple sites. You will travel in a company van, perform tests, diagnose issues, and apply controls sequences to ensure safe, efficient operation of boilers, chillers, and air handlers.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• HVAC certificate or state license required.
• HS diploma or higher; related trades training preferred.
• 5 years HVAC/general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Work using a tablet/handheld device to document work orders and reports.
• Drive a company vehicle to client sites and maintain safety practices.
