Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties within an assigned geographic area. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks, using a company vehicle to travel between sites.

Role requires 2–5 years of general maintenance experience and relevant licenses. You will report via mobile devices, complete work orders, and ensure safety compliance on all sites.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety policies, and procedure manuals; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders and company standards.
• Self-perform a range of trades to keep facilities in like-new condition.
• Repair walls, floors, doors, and perform touch-ups where needed.
