Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial systems. You will work with a fast-paced team to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, monitoring BMS, performing tests, and documenting readings. A valid EPA Refrigeration License and HS diploma are required; on-call rotation and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state approved HVAC license.
• HVAC experience with industrial/commercial equipment/systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, monitor operation and record readings of HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret sequence of operation and schematics for efficient daily duties.
• Monitor BMS, refrigerant systems; operate recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, gauges.
• Document service reports and close them after client satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Attend OEM classes/seminars and participate in on-call rotation.
