Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician I to perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems in a fast-paced office and industrial environment.

You will work with AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, CRACs and related components, while documenting readings and recommendations. This role requires a high school diploma, EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and a state HVAC license or certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state HVAC license preferred.
• Experience maintaining industrial/commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret operation sequences, schematics and manuals.
• Monitor and log equipment data, refrigerant levels and system performance.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, CRAC units and related components.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; follow OSHA safety standards.
