Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC/general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License and EPA-compliant refrigerant handling.
• HS diploma or higher with HVAC/related trades experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on standard package and split unit HVAC systems.
• Repair boilers, piping, and related components as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failures and perform repairs.
• Travel between properties daily using company vehicle.
• Document work orders and service reports using tablets.
