Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a traveling role supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. You will lead mechanical and electrical trades, manage safety, schedule, quality, and budget, and coordinate with engineers, owners, and architects.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering/architectural experience and at least six years in MEP construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four years of formal engineering/architectural experience.
Six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
Knowledge of building construction, scheduling and cost control procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to read contract docs/drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on MEPS systems.
Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence on the project.
Develop schedules and sequencing of work; coordinate with engineers and owners/architects.
Manage billing, approvals, and subcontractor payments; monitor changes.
Maintain daily records of MEPS progress and ensure compliance with plans and codes.
