Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical for a full-time traveling assignment supporting data center, pharmaceutical, industrial/manufacturing, and EV/battery projects. The role leads subcontractors and oversees MEPS trades to meet safety, schedule and budget goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural background with 6+ years of MEP construction experience, strong BIM/coordination skills, and proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of engineering/architectural experience plus 6+ years of mechanical/electrical/construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling and cost control.
• Strong ability to read, interpret contract documents, drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with BIM and coordination of MEPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors on MEP systems.
• Manage safety, schedule, budget adherence.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners/architects on field issues.
• Oversee billing and payments related to work in place.
