Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a full-time traveling Superintendent to lead MEPS work on an Advanced Technology project, including data centers. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality for mechanical and electrical systems, partnering with engineers and owners.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience in MEP construction, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural experience required.
• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems, coordination and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors on MEPS scope.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, budget adherence and quality.
• Supervise assistants, interns and site personnel.
• Develop and implement schedules; coordinate with engineers and owners.
• Maintain detailed records and monitor field progress.
• Coordinate, direct and monitor subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
• Review project changes with Project Engineer and manage inspections.
