Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Superintendent for a full-time traveling assignment in support of an Advanced Technology project, including data centers. You will lead, direct and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trade labor on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, schedule, quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or 4+ years related experience.
• Minimum 6 years mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings and specs.
• Thorough BIM knowledge for coordination of MEP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing across trades.
• Coordinate work among trades to ensure a coordinated project operation.
• Maintain site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns.
• Coordinate with engineers on 3D model coordination and drawings.
