Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical for an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers and related market segments. You will lead, direct and coordinate work of subcontractors for MEP systems and ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.

This role requires 6+ years of MEP construction experience, a degree in engineering or architecture, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• Experience with building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Knowledge of BIM and coordination of MEP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trade labor on MEP systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns as assigned.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers on master coordination for drawings and 3D models.
• Lead inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover and training for systems.
