Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling Superintendent to support an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. You will lead MEPS trades, ensure safety, schedule delivery and budget adherence, and supervise engineers and interns on site.

Reports to Project Superintendent/Project Manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years engineering/architectural experience and 6+ years MEPS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience required.
• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on MEPS systems.
• Ensures safety, schedule delivery, quality of work and adherence to budget.
• Supervises Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns; maintains daily progress records.
• Coordinates with owners, architects/engineers and engineers for field issues and design clarifications.
• Manages billing, payments and contract document conformance; supports preconstruction efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural experience
