Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling Superintendent for Mechanical-Electrical on a high-profile Data Center project. You will lead, direct and coordinate MEPS trades, ensuring safety, schedule delivery and budget adherence across a dynamic construction site.

The role requires 6+ years in MEPS construction with a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years with equivalent). You will interact with engineers, owners and architects to drive coordination using BIM and field leadership, overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in engineering/architecture with 6+ years MEPS construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Proficient reading of drawings/specs and coordinating BIM-based MEP work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate MEPS trades on site.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Develop schedules and recovery strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers/owners on field issues and resolutions.
• Manage subcontractor payments and monthly estimates.
