Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 1–3 years in a physician practice preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance theory, ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Experience supervising staff and revenue cycle metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the physician practice, including front and back office.
• Under manager direction, supervise staff, interview, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Assist with managing financial and revenue cycle metrics, staffing, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
