Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced operations leader for inpatient hospitalist programs. You will manage daily operations across multiple physician practices, supervise staff, and oversee budgeting and revenue cycle metrics.

This role requires frequent travel between locations and occasional home-office work at Jefferson Hospital. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in physician practice settings with 2 years in management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3-5 years' experience in physician practice setting with 2 years' practice management.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops the practice budget with the director and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction reports and addresses variances and complaints.
• Ensures quality and performance improvement by tracking metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance across locations.
• Requires frequent travel to various practice locations.
