Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full-time Float Medical Assistant to support clinical operations across clinics. You will take vitals, assist with allergy testing and injections, and handle front-office duties to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include documenting medical histories in the EHR, scheduling, and traveling between Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound and Denton clinics as needed. Professionalism and HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must communicate clearly with others to exchange information effectively.
• Must be able to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Must be able to manually take patient vital signs.
• Must maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Escort patient to exam room; obtain vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Conduct spirometry testing and assess lung function.
• Record accurate patient information in the EHR.
• Front-office duties: scheduling, payments, and treatment coordination.
• Travel between clinics to support multiple locations.
