Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in El Paso, TX seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinical and front-office operations. You will take vitals, assist with allergy testing and injections, and document patient information in the EHR while ensuring excellent patient experiences across two El Paso clinics.

Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, patient communications, and treatment coordination, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and safety. Training across clinics is possible.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to administer injections and take vitals.
• Ability to work with electronic health records and front-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Perform spirometry and other tests per Aspire Allergy protocols.
• Record patient information in the EHR and support front-office duties.
