Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant to join our Clinical Support team. You will administer allergy tests and injections, record vitals, and support front-office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include spirometry, EHR data entry, scheduling, payments, and coordinating treatment. Must have medical terminology knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to travel between clinics if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate with others to exchange information.
• Must be able to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Must be able to manually take patient vital signs.
• Must possess the ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and record vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular).
• Conduct spirometry testing to assess lung function.
• Record health information in the EHR system accurately.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information.
• Support front-office duties including scheduling and payments.
