Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical and front-office tasks at our Keller and Grapevine clinics. You will administer allergy tests and injections, take vitals, escort patients, manage EHR entries, and help with patient education and scheduling.

We value patient-centered service, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work across front and back-office duties. A Medical Assistant program, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are preferred; multiple clinic locations

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate with others to exchange information.
• Must be able to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room; obtain vitals and medical history.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
• Administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Conduct thorough spirometry testing and record results in the EHR.
• Assist in front-office duties: scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communications.
