Job summary

NHE, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor to support multi-site properties in the Greenville area and surrounding SC/NC regions. You will lead maintenance staffing efforts, manage vendor relations, and drive excellent resident service while traveling frequently.

The role requires coordinating with Directors of Maintenance and Area Management Teams, prioritizing capital projects, and ensuring budget compliance. Occasional weekends/holidays and overnight travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multi-site property maintenance
• EPA Type I and Type II technician certification
• Certified Pool Operator
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations
• Knowledge of expense control and financial management
• Multifamily leasing, sales or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance Supervisors and staff, filling gaps at properties
• Collaborate with Director/VPs to ensure high customer service
• Identify and prioritize projects, solicit pricing, meet budgets
• Execute capital projects per leadership direction
• Provide development support to subordinates and advise on candidates
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
